Trekking in Mountainous and Subarctic Regions

Landscapes and cityscapes of Singapore

End of March my job took me to Singapore for 2 weeks. Working days were spent dutifully at the office, but weekends were entirely devoted to hiking several of the Singaporean parks and nature reserves (rainforest, mangroves, …). No technical difficulties of any sorts were encountered on these hikes, which were nonetheless quite physically challenging due to the constantly hot and humid conditions (approx. 26°C at night, and 35°C during the day).
